The following decisions were taken by Military Ordinance no.2 \/ 21.03.2020:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Measures to\u00a0BE APPLIED\u00a0from 22 March 2020:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n 1. <\/u><\/strong>The activity\u00a0of\u00a0DENTAL OFFICES<\/strong> is temporarily suspended. By way of\u00a0exception, emergency dental interventions are allowed.<\/p>\n 2. <\/u><\/strong>The activity of\u00a0the\u00a0MALL-s,\u00a0<\/strong>meaning\u00a0retail activities, products and services, is temporarily suspended in the commercial centers where several economic\u00a0agents\u00a0operate, except for the sale of food, veterinary or pharmaceutical products and cleaning services.<\/p>\n Measures to\u00a0be applied\u00a0from March 23, 2020:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n 1.<\/u><\/strong> The movement of persons outside\u00a0the\u00a0home within the hours 06.00 – 22.00<\/strong>, it is recommended <\/u><\/strong>to\u00a0take place\u00a0only for the following reasons: 2. <\/u><\/strong>The movement of persons outside the home between the hours 22.00 – 06.00 is allowed exclusively for <\/u><\/strong>the following reasons: Measures\u00a0to be applied\u00a0from the date of publication\u00a0in the Official Gazette\u00a0of the\u00a0military\u00a0ordinance<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n
\na) <\/strong>travel\u00a0for\u00a0professional interest, including\u00a0travelling\u00a0between home \/ household and the\u00a0work place(s), when the professional activity is essential and cannot be postponed or performed remotely;
\nb)<\/strong> travel for the provision of goods that cover the basic needs of the persons and the pets, as well as\u00a0for\u00a0goods\u00a0which are\u00a0necessary for the professional activity;
\nc) <\/strong>travel for healthcare that cannot be postponed or performed remotely;
\nd)\u00a0<\/strong>travel\u00a0for justified reasons, such as caring \/ accompanying the child, assistance of elderly, sick or disabled persons or death of a family member;
\ne) <\/strong>short trips, near the home \/ household, related to the individual physical activity of people and the needs of the pets.<\/p>\n
\na) <\/strong>travel\u00a0for\u00a0professional interest,<\/strong> including\u00a0travelling\u00a0between home \/ household and the\u00a0work\u00a0place (s), when the professional activity is essential and cannot be postponed <\/strong>or performed remotely;
\nIn order to verify the reason for\u00a0travelling for\u00a0professional interest, the persons\u00a0must\u00a0present, at the request of the personnel of the\u00a0competent\u00a0authorities, the service card\/work ID, the certificate issued by the employer or a declaration on their own responsibility\/affidavit.
\nThe declaration on its own responsibility<\/strong>\/affidavit\u00a0must include name and surname, date of birth, address of\u00a0workplace, reason for travel, date of completion and signature.
\nb) <\/strong>travel for the provision of goods that cover the basic needs <\/strong>of the persons and the pets, as well as\u00a0for\u00a0goods\u00a0which are\u00a0necessary for the professional activity;
\nIn order to verify the reason for\u00a0travelling for\u00a0personal interest, the persons\u00a0must\u00a0present, at the request of the personnel of the\u00a0competent\u00a0authorities, a declaration on their own responsibility\/affidavit, filled\u00a0in advance.
\nThe declaration on its own responsibility\/affidavit\u00a0must include name and surname, date of birth,\u00a0domicile\u00a0address, reason for travel, date of completion and signature.
\nc) <\/strong>travel for healthcare<\/strong> that cannot be postponed or performed remotely;
\nd)\u00a0<\/strong>travel\u00a0for justified reasons, <\/strong>such as caring \/ accompanying the child, assistance of elderly, sick or disabled persons or death of a family member;
