Founder and coordinating attorney of Alexandru, Andreas și Asociații — Lawyers and Certified Accountants, Mr Alexandru Cătălin Pușa has practised law since 1998 — nearly three decades in the service of the business community. A member of the Timiș Bar since 1998, he founded the law office that became the nucleus of the AAA group, expanded through the “Andreas și Asociații” accounting and tax division into an integrated professional structure. He coordinates the firm’s legal strategy and its most complex cases, for a portfolio of more than 1,500 companies, served today in seven languages.

He leads the group’s insolvency house, administering insolvency, reorganisation and liquidation proceedings — the hands-on competence that lends depth to the advice given to creditors and to debtors in distress.
