Alexandru Cătălin Pușa is the coordinating attorney and founding partner of Alexandru, Andreas și Asociații — Lawyers and Certified Accountants, Timișoara, with more than 30 years of experience in business law. As leader of the firm’s litigation department, he has earned a considerable reputation in complex commercial and tax disputes, including shareholder exclusions, directors’ liability, franchising, leasing, distribution and supply agreements, VAT, profit tax, excise duties and fiscal warehouses.
