An elite magistrate with a 25-year career in the Romanian judiciary, Mrs Lucia Dobrin has served at every level of jurisdiction — from the court of first instance to the court of appeal, where she led the First Civil Section of the Timișoara Court of Appeal as its head of section. Over the course of her career she adjudicated thousands of civil, family-law, administrative and commercial cases, decided at first instance and on appeal, forging an exceptional professional reputation founded on legal rigour, impartiality and a profound command of the case law of the courts within the jurisdiction of the Timișoara Court of Appeal.
